Students and teachers of the Myrohoshcha Agricultural Vocational College visited the private agricultural enterprise Ukraine, part of the Family Dairy Farms project.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to see modern approaches to the production of high-quality and safe milk. The project’s chief technologist, Vitalii Stepanovych, and the head of the consulting and training center, Iryna Savytska, conducted a demonstration of technological processes on the farm.
Students were introduced to the procedure of milking, storing milk, assessing its quality, and detecting falsifications. The participants also saw how cows are fed depending on their level of productivity.
