Kefir: natural kefir with a delicate flavor and beneficial probiotics.The cheese factory, which produces dairy products under the Family Dairy Farms brand, appeared on the Ukrainian market as a response to the challenges posed by Russian aggression. The company was founded in the first half of 2022. At that time, many dairies significantly limited the purchase of raw milk or reduced purchase prices to an unprofitable level. This forced us to look for a solution that would allow us to maintain the project's profitability, and it was our own dairy processing.

Today, Family Milk Farms products are known for their high quality and naturalness. All products are made from natural milk without any artificial additives or impurities, embodying the simple and clear brand slogan - “Milk and nothing more”.

The product range includes more than 20 items, including:

► Cheeses: various types of craft cheeses made according to traditional and original recipes.
► Milk: fresh pasteurized milk that retains all its beneficial properties.
► Kefir: natural kefir with a delicate flavor and beneficial probiotics.
Butter: butter made from high quality cream.

Sour cream: thick and tasty sour cream made from natural milk.
Yoghurts: a variety of yoghurt flavors with no artificial flavors added.

Unikasol Craft Cheese Factory is a family-owned enterprise located in the village of Bushcha, Rivne region, specializing in the production of hard craft cheeses. Founded by the Nechyporuk family, the farm keeps about 30 cows, providing high-quality milk for the craft cheese factory.

Special attention should be paid to original flavors such as lavender and coffee cheeses, as well as cheese aged for more than 6 months. All products are made exclusively from natural milk of our own production, which guarantees high quality and unique taste of cheeses.

Unicosol also participates in festivals of authentic cuisine, where its products are very popular among visitors.

In addition to production, Unicosol offers fascinating tours for visitors, during which they can learn about the history of the cheese factory, cheese production technologies and business principles. The tour ends with a tasting of craft cheeses, which allows you to fully enjoy their taste.
