Advisory board
In order to strengthen the success and development of the business, the "Family Dairy Farms" project initiated the creation of the project's Advisory Board in 2022. It is an advisory body that helps managers see new opportunities and make decisions, in particular, regarding the search for ideas and building a network of partnerships.
Tasks and membership of the Advisory Board
Main objectives of the Advisory Board
advising the project team on clarifying and finalizing the project development strategy
support in dealing with strategic challenges in the course of project growth
identification of operational and strategic risks of the project and ways to minimize them
assistance in the plan for attracting investments in the project and their effective use

Oksana has over 20 years’ experience in banking and governance roles in Ukraine. At Raiffeisen Bank International she held senior commercial banking roles and as an independent director at JSB Ukrgasbank and JSC Ukrposhta, she specialised in corporate governance and green finance. Oksana has an Executive MBA from Sheffield University, and certifications in corporate governance and digital transformation from INSEAD, Oxford and Cambridge Universities Член асоціації Women on boards.
Oksana Volchko

Orest Pechenko is an entrepreneur, public figure, and deputy of the Lviv City Council. He studied at Lviv Polytechnic National University and later continued his education at the Lviv Banking Institute. Orest has experience in the financial sector, media business, and entrepreneurship. He is a co-founder of the civic formation People’s Self-Defense of Lviv Region, where since 2013 he has coordinated volunteer training and technology projects for Ukraine’s Defense Forces. He has served in several convocations of the Lviv City Council, including as Secretary of the Commission on Entrepreneurship, Investment, Digital Transformation, and Heritage.
Orest Pechenko

Yaryna Boychuk is CEO of Lviv Business School. She has over 15 years of work experience in private sector, including management and development of a family business, launch and management of startup projects, franchise business and representative offices of foreign companies in Ukraine. She is a graduate of National University Lviv Politechnika. She also completed studies in the University of Coventry (UK) and management program Nordpraktik in Stockholm.
Yaryna Boychuk

Yana Matviychuk is a business owner in the creative industries, including ARENA CS, Nixwood, Enercell, and other ventures, as well as an investor. She is the author and host of the YouTube channel Business Arena, an educational platform dedicated to free-market economics. She pursues her mission of developing the business community as a co-owner and Board Member of Young Business Club, one of Ukraine’s leading business clubs. Yana is also the owner of Monbar, a craft cider production facility in Zakarpattia.

Taras Lysyi is the founder of the company and trademark Halytska Svizhyna, based in Lviv. He is a graduate of the Key Executive MBA 2023 programme at the UCU Lviv Business School, where he defended a diploma project focused on creating an ecosystem for high-quality beef in cooperation with farmers from Galicia. Taras has practical experience in developing a family business in the production and sale of meat products, building partner networks, and scaling a local producer. Under his leadership, the Halytska Svizhyna team participates in business, social, and charitable initiatives, including projects supporting the military and the development of responsible Ukrainian business.

Maksym Schvets is one of the creators of Family Dairy Farms project. He has experience in financial sector and over 10 years of experience in agro sector, in particular in dairy sector. Currently Maksym is working on the development of an agro cooperative in Western Ukraine. Maksym holds an MBA degree from Institute of Business Relations, Germany.
