Business model of the project
The basis of the business model is a network of farms - participants of the project "Family Dairy Farms", which supply raw milk to the dairies and dairy processing enterprises of the project.
Project business model entities
Sources that generate income in the project:
- sale of raw milk
- sale of dairy products
- sale of fodder (corn silage, alfalfa haylage, mixed fodder, monofeed)
- provision of training services, veterinary / accounting / legal advice
- development of business plans to attract financing
Other entities in the business model that create the project infrastructure include:
- agricultural crop production
- feed center for the production of feed for cattle, goats, sheep
- dairy processing enterprises, cheese factories
- Dairy farmer’s school
- Project office “Financial Platform”
