Master of Science in Management of Foreign Economic Activity of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic". Studied economics at the University of Coventry (Great Britain). Gained experience in project management at the "Nordpraktik" program (Stockholm, Sweden), after which she launched several successful projects in Ukraine, including franchising, in partnership with Swedish companies. Has 15 years of practical experience in business, including management and development of a family company, creation and management of startup projects, representation of interests of foreign companies in Ukraine.
He has experience in the financial sector and more than 10 years in the agricultural sector, in particular in the field of milk production. Currently, Maksym is involved in the development of an agricultural cooperative in western Ukraine.
He has an MBA from the Institute of Business Relations, Germany.
She has many years of experience in the banking sector, is an expert in risks, compliance and internal control systems. She is also a member of the Board of the Ukrainian Women's Fund, a member of the National Register of Corporate Directors of the Ukrainian Women's Fund.
As a public figure, she has been promoting responsible female leadership for more than 15 years and also develops cultural projects: "Author's Ukrainian Cuisine", "Podcast "Nepamyatnyky".
Experienced manager of private investment funds, in the past managing partner and founder of the Euroventures fund. Currently involved in fundraising in several projects aimed at helping Ukraine. Member of the Board of the Bohdan Gavrylyshyn Foundation and Terafood Company.
Received an MBA degree after studying at the INSEAD business school.
