New Craft Products Created at the Family Dairy Farms’ Own Cheese Dairy

The product range of the Family Dairy Farms brand has been expanded with new items made at its own craft cheese dairy. Classic ayran, stracciatella, and coffee caciotta are now available for sale. The new products can be purchased in the network of Family Dairy Farms craft stores.

Classic ayran has a light fermented milk taste with a delicate salty note. It is refreshing, thirst-quenching, and pairs well with pastries, meat dishes, and hot meals.

Stracciatella consists of thin cheese strands in delicate cream. It has a soft, creamy texture and tastes great with fresh vegetables, herbs, bread, fruit, or simply as a snack on its own.

Another unusual new product is coffee caciotta. This is a hard craft cheese with a subtle coffee aroma and a light bitterness in the aftertaste. It pairs well with honey, nuts, and fruit, and can become an interesting addition to a cheese platter.

The new products are made from farm milk in compliance with production technology and quality control at every stage. The development of its own processing allows Family Dairy Farms to create value-added products, expand its assortment, and offer customers more natural products of local origin.

The new items are already available in the network’s craft stores. Availability of specific products should be checked directly at the nearest store.

And these are not all the updates from our cheese dairy. The team has already produced a trial batch of Camembert, which, after completing all technological stages, will soon be available in the Family Dairy Farms craft store network. But we will tell you more about that separately, in the next episode of our little cheese series.
