Enhanced-Return Loan
Investment amount: UAH 501,000–5 million.

Estimated annual return: up to 20%.
All three investment options have a two-year term, with the possibility of converting the loan into equity in the company.
The estimated return consists of two components: quarterly dividend payments and an investment premium paid once a year.
Family Dairy Farms is a real-economy agribusiness ecosystem that brings together family dairy farms, milk processing facilities, feed production and its own sales channels. The funds raised are directed towards the development of the business and its infrastructure.
